How do I cut down my walking stick?The best way to measure the height you need your walking stick to be is by using the following instructions

I need to change the rubber ferrule on my walking stick. How do I know what size I need?You can either measure the diameter of the stick, or the interior measurement of the ferrule you have removed. Carbon fibre sticks usually have a 16mm ferrule. Most standard sticks use a 19mm ferrule. Thicker and bariatric sticks us either a 22mm or 25mm ferrule. Linden Leisure seats use the B 19mm type ferrule (Quattro, Out & About and Trio models) Shooting sticks will use 9mm ferrules

I have a Linden Leisure seat that has broken, is it possible to repair?We would need to see the seat first before commenting, so please email details of where and when you purchased the seat, along with a photograph of it, to customerservices@lindenleisure.com and we will then be able to advise you if we can repair it and the cost.

Is it possible to have the worn elastic cord in my Elite Packaway/ Supaseat Foldaway replaced?Yes it is – please send your seat to Linden Leisure Ltd. Unit 8 Isbourne Way, Winchcombe, Glos GL54 5NS enclosing your full details including telephone number. We will then inspect the seat fully and will advise you of the cost before carrying out any repair.

Is it possible to take my seatstick on an airplane?Yes, generally airlines will allow metal walking aids to be taken into the cabin, as long as they have gone through security scanners.
